I’m Byron Brooks, your elected Regent in District 3 and Chair of the Nevada System of Higher Education Board of Regents. Five years ago you trusted me with one of the most important jobs in Nevada higher education. I have spent every day since then earning that trust by fighting to make college more affordable, by expanding access for students who have been left behind, by keeping our campuses safe, and making sure Nevada’s higher education system is building the workforce our state needs to thrive. The progress we have made is real and the work is not finished. Nevada’s students still need a Regent who will show up, speak up, and put their future first. I am asking for your vote so that I can keep doing exactly that for another two years.
